I cannot say enough good things about Sentinel Emergency. They have delivered the utmost in patient care and professionalism . The front desk staff is polite, patient, and kind. The veterinary technicians are thorough, knowledgeable and accommodating . Dr. Byer took the time to walk us through all of our options with our dog's paw protrusion. She is easy to talk to and helpful with suggestions moving forward. Delivering exceptional service that exceeds any other veterinary office I have been to in this valley. They are top notch!

We have a puppy that suffered a trauma recently. Sentinels entire staff, especially Dr. Cassidy Briggs were exceptional in their skill and guidance handling an awful situation. I could not recommend their services highly enough. Informed and supportive expert care brought our puppy home to recover with the best possible outcome. It's hard to tell he ever sustained an injury to begin with.

Staff is very kind and considerate. I could tell they really cared for my pet and were taking very good care of him. They also provided updates for ease of mind which was reassuring. They handled a difficult visit for with us with empathy and care. They were wonderful with communication, kindness, and care for my baby.
